Everything was great, very amiable staff, incredible location near the Aussenalster and Eppendorf, sightseeing to watch and sophisticated residential area. Stayed in cheap family king room with surprising breakfast. The breakfast looked satisfactory, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it.
